thats what i thought, like a b/a sniper? maybe... lol

Thenooblord July 24th, 2009 14:12

oh, i had assumed the brass was part of a mold for making the BBs

m102404 July 24th, 2009 15:13

The brass pieces are molds that I made for Don...LOL

That's totally not what I thought they were going to look like....now I understand why you wanted that little flat part in the mold!

So...how did the stubs I made work? Good/bad...just curious.

tunabreath July 24th, 2009 15:26

Awesome!

This ain't off topic anymore!

True, true.

Did some field testing. Sadly after some control shots were recorded with two brands of 0.28 and some 0.43, the first custom-made round jammed on the hop-up -- which was supposed to be disengaged but wasn't completely out of the chamber. Being foolishly without an unjamming rod, testing was aborted.

tunabreath July 30th, 2009 16:13

D'oh. What platform are you using for testing?

edit @Don below
Haha, oooOOOOooooOOhh...
Seriously though, this is awesome. I hope it works out well - I'll be first in line to purchase :D

MYSTERY is my platform for all things.

Armedsask July 30th, 2009 22:08

So if they are for molding BBs, why did they have to be brass?

Thenooblord July 30th, 2009 22:12

cause brass is easy to machine

Armedsask July 31st, 2009 01:38

Aluminum is cheaper and easier.
