Correctly the AIMS front sight is similar to AK74 but shorter in the barrel section. But in replicas is better to use AK74 front sight than AKM front sight.

I/ve just received two mags from real AIMS74. Now they match to replika and I must only place the aeg midcap internals.

The ACM lower handguard is awfull , an AIM/AIMS without real HG is not really an AIM/AIMS :(

I've nearly finished 2 mags on the real base. Internals: AK74 aeg mid cap.

They are Polish ones, but this is the same type. I bought it cheep, because in Poland they are easy to buy from time to time. I've paid less than 20 EUR.

Sorry for brinhg bach such an old thread but im just wondering did you get the front grip on its own or did it come with an aeg, ive been looking online for just the front romanian style grip but cant find one anywhere.

The real AKMS - AIMS in use today, with all the accessories.
