Damn guys, if I weren't in Manitoba doing the Canadian thing with 6 CBG this would be terribly tempting to do! I have wanted to get a Polish loadout going ever since I saw a set of combats on eBay that would actually fit me (if I recall they were at Dave HIORTH's Army Outfitters). Being of Polish heritage I've always wanted to do something that route but I never wanted to tote an AK.....so either I go the route of GROM and carry an SF-type weapon, or pray the Beryl can make it into Canada LOL. Keep up the good work, I'm definitely jealous and impressed at the same time. Cheers!

Haha come on now Jozef, AK's are awesome guns :) They can take a beating better then any other gun and deliver an amazing powerful round!

I myself am saving up for the Type 56-2 from Real Sword. This gun (even the airsoft model) can be buried in snow or sand and still shoot. There's also videos on the internet of these things being blown up and intact perfectly to shoot BB's!

I just got to hold and fire the type 56 AK from Real Sword and I have to say that the gun is awesome, solid, full metal and it performs amazing. P

Perhaps, but seeing as I'm ex-CF I prefer my C7 any day LOL. And, since it was harped on us since day one, any weapon can take a beating so long as it is properly maintained ;)

I think my aversion to the AK fell somewhere between not having a decent feel to me, and the old quote from 'Heartbreak Ridge' of "the preferred weapon of your enemy; and it makes a distinctive sound when fired at you, so remember it."

Besides, I have my GBBR to satisfy my need for that "authentic" feel with my team gear. If someone would come out with a GBBR version of the FN FAL (C1A1/C1A2 battle rifle) I would be terribly happy. The Beryl though I would happily retain as an AEG simply because I don't know enough about the weapon to be mucking around inside it.

I myself prefer the C7 over any AK, I just think that the AK is the enemy's weapon of choice like ur great quote says...:) there is nothing wrong with the most produced weapon of all time, it's just not my thing lol.....
