There's more recoil compared to the other video but it looks like its not quite on par with a WE M4 yet. Still, not bad.

I think the big limiting factor on the kick is the travel distance of the bolt. Not bad, considering its advantages.
One of the big things i can totally see on a system like this is a lack of cool down. Full auto mag dumps should be no problem. Plus the quick trigger response u dont often get in an AEG out of the box.

I see the remote line attached to the gun via pistol grip, now I'm wondering if that will affect our choices in AR pistol grips. Also, will it be possible for the remote line to hook up to the buffer tube like in some other AR based scenario markers.

Yeah I wish it would come out of the sling spot, between the body and the buffer tube. I wonder if it could be possible to increase the recoil later down the road with upgrade parts. We airsofters love voiding warranties lol

Quick question R&D is there an HPR on the gun or will it run on the usual tippman air restriction or will it use spring retention

We could not package the response piston, that runs the full auto, without modifying the standard AR grip. Once that became clear we decided to mount the remote line nipple at the bottom of the grip.

No regulator required. Straight CO2 or high pressure air.

So it can use aftermarket pistol grips but only with modification? If so, how much or what modification had to be done to get it to work?

The bolt location has been shifted towards the front to make room for the gas line. If you are using 12g only you could remove the gas line entirely. We have a small expansion chamber in the grip to help dealing with CO2, but it will run decent without it. If you wanted to run the remote in the grip still the job gets much harder. You would need to create room for the gas line and somehow secure the quick connect nipple.

Which style grip would you want to use?

If everything goes well we will start shipping in August. We are building the first 100 for testing in April.

MOE or MOE-K

This is pretty much what 90% of ppl would go for. A lot of ppl find the standard a2 grip uncomfortable.
Personally, if the mods not too hard, i would perhaps try some other grips with a more vertical angle like the new magpul moe-k2, bcm gunfighter enhanced pistol grip, or the umbrella corp pistol grip.

I agree, we have some of the MOE style at the shop and they are more comfortable. The logic was since we had to modify it we should use the stock grip over choosing another style and not appealing to the majority of players. It is on the top of the list for accessories.
