I was looking to buy a hurricane in the future, but if these have a decent build quality with hopefully trades i'd be interested for sure.

Outside the country. No worry about the taxes. I can get it declared as gift at around $30. The price may go up a few more dollars if we get the factory to do some custom painting.

I'm also very interested in one. Trades would certainly be nice, but by no means necessary.

Yes, they will come eventually. in monthes? a year or 2? Nothing guaranteed though. As for trades, factory won't put on trades for any exporting products. I have promised the factory that we won't sell proudcts with trade in public but only as bulk order to airsoft teams.

Just because one declares it as $30, doesn't mean custom officers treat it as $30. ;)

When can you find out the price? I don't think any of us wants to pre-order and then suddenly have the prices jacked up after.

I can't control how the custom thinks. I do what I can. The price is $115 shipped without trades. $120 shipped with trades if we can gather around 30 units.

Only half trades. Products with the trade on the marke right now have a typo in the trade( Missing a space between "For" and "Law" ) and production batch will correct the typo.

for $115/$120 shipped (no trades/trades dont matter) put me down for... "TWO" ....provided it dont take forever to get 30 people.

Might be a stupid comment to make but, I got a Eotech clone a couple months back expecting it to have adjustable red dot, well it dose not, it houses an AEG battery and that all it dose for $115US

Yes. Look at the trade carefully. You will see the trade missing a space between the "for" and "law". So wait for the production batch and hopefull the typo is fixed.

Is the 551 the only replica you can get?

Oh, yes, it is adjustable. 10 level brightness control( Red/Green ).

Can the point of impact be changed, i.e. can the reticle be adjusted so I can line it up with where my BB's are landing..

Just confirm that the product batch will arrive our beijing office next Tuesday with correct trades and enhanced recticle brightness. So the 551 should be ready to be shipped out from next Tuesday.

We are almost there. The 551 is already shipped out from the factory. They should arrive tonight or tomorrow. This batch is specially for North American as factory claims. The previous batch that has been complained that the rectile is almost invisible in open area is for Japanese market where players mostly play indoor

Just got mine an hour ago!

Haven't had the time to properly test it since I'm at EA and well a game studio is always a dark place so I won't know for the exterior lighting.

so far so good, it looks very nice and works very well. :D

Just got mine in today and it looks great. The red I don't foresee any problems with indoor or out from my brief use of it, however, the green may be a bit faint outdoors, even at full brightness. Build quality is excellent. Hopefully I will have time to properly test the unit but so far it I love it, and for the price you can't go wrong.

just a small note.Change your batteries as soon as you get it..I ran mine for a total of maybe 15 minutes before they died on me. Luckily you can pick them up at the dollar store very easily.

oh, all the 551 are gone. Next batch will arive next Wednesday.

Oh, just an update. The new batch will come in weekend. Will start to ship again from Monday.

Hell I will get 2 if the trades are on, me and my brother have been wanting a good cheap eotech replica.

Although I can get prescsion cut vinyl decals of the EOTech logo to add to it if there are no logos. I have a friend who makes vinyl decals and sells em over the net if anyone else wants them.

this is as CHEAP AND AS GOOD an Eotech replica will get.. usually you cannot combine these two words together, but this is a rare occasion.

Has anyone mounted one of these on a p90 TR yet, if so how well does it work on it/how does it look. I am kinda leery about getting one for mine as with the tri rail, any optics seem to sit rather high, I currently use one of those ubiquitous cheap holosights, I would like to upgrade but it look like the body of the eotech might be a little big. Thanks.
