Hey guys I am in need of some assistance. Last Tuesday(Aug23), I bought a WA M4 GBB-R off of Kimbo and he has not sent me any notification to let me know if he has shipped it, received the money, or anything. Just a little pissed off that He's spending my money and I got nothing. What are my options?

Give him some time, it isn't like ordering from a actual store, these guys have lives outside of airsoft and aren't selling them for a living.

Give him at least a week or two, then you can start worrying

Has he/she been on since the completed transaction?
It is a business transaction,they should be right up
front and tell you any delays in shipping.
Don't let others make excuses for them,pm and ask
what is happening,maybe nothing but bad timing
of things on their end.
They did make the effort to take your money.

The user was online two days after I sent the money. I suppose I will give it another week before I get to carried away assuming things. Just kind of really looking forward to that GBB. And you say they have lives etc.. well if he has enough of a life to post FOR SALE I imagine he has enough of a life to get back to me about it. The way I was brought up if your going to do something fuckin' get it done and over with.

Agreed, and if there will be a delay they can tell you, but if I have the time to post "for sale" and take the money, I MAKE time to send the item ASAP

Last Tues. was the 24th not the 23rd

his last log in was last Tues. the 24th. did you send money last Tues. or two days before his last log in?

sure a week is too long for no contact just be sure to post correct time line.

Give him some time. You'll get it don't worry. But what i do highly agree on though, is that if you have time to send your hard working money to them they should take a good 20 mins to get it shipped ASAP.

If the seller can take the effort to TAKE the money, he surely can take the effort to send a PM/E-mail telling him whats up.

Private or Business transaction, it doesn't matter. I still want SOME interaction.

If the seller is too busy or can't be bothered with that, then FFS, state that in the sale thread (i'll know NOT to buy from him/her).

Hell you can have a 15 hours shift for all i care, it takes 1 minute to log on ASC and send a PM. You can even do it from your cell now a day.

Why is it the entire forum has to baby sit every single private transaction? Sheesh, at least ATTEMPT to work stuff out yourself.

It is refreshing to hear ppl say the onus is on the seller
to come clean on delay,instead of hearing excuses on
why they took a month,to say they went on vacation
or something lame.You took the time to send them 600-
1200 of your hard earned or saved money.They owe
you an answer on the delay.

I have had good dealing on ASC so far.I always have the
money or request one more week to the payday to get
what I am buying.Once the money is sent,they are legally
bond to send it in short order.Check to see if the funds
were excepted,if they were the day you sent them,the
seller "should"! tell you up front if any delay is expected.:cool:

My bad I had the day mixed up But I sent the cash Tuesday. He was last online on the 25th(wed) which means he knows I have sent the money and has not done anything for my part.

I have a life outside airsoft and i usually ship the next day. If i can't; i pm the buyer about the delay.

I expect the same when i buy from members of this forum.
