Best place to buy russian gear?

Hi all, I'm try to aquire some russian Rex-design M7 BDU's hopefully or else some Bekas in tiger, and a Leshij suit with maybe some pouches etc. But since Russian combat gear is supposedly on hiatus, I need to know where I can aquire this. I'm guessing my next best bet is Red Soldier, if anyone can tell me some other sites or some experiences with red soldier please do. Thanks

Mike

http://www.tridentmilitary.com/

They have stuff ranging from the Great Patriotic War up to present. They actually have alot of gear from other countries too.

Just a heads up, they have annoying midi music playing on the opening page

Russiancombatgear isn't on hiatus anymore you can freely order from them.
Redsolider is pretty good as well i've used them.
Trident is super slow but has a large selection of older/rare camo, the Russian gear you want is pretty common.
I would also suggest checking ebay. There are a few good ebay sellers that i've used before like ruskitarsenal, Soviet army stuff.

Gish, I really hope you right, recently I ordered kit that was listed in stock and they took a month to contact me to say it was not in stock. So plan B was ebay and I can say I have successfully tracked down gear for the new Ontario Russian Themed Team. Its a shame because RCG lost out on equipping at least 8 guys because of that little mistake. I'll vouch for ruskitarsenal but make sure you give them your size or you will get a small one. I'm 6' 230lbs with a 38" waist and I have discovered that the size 58 is the only one that fits, I may be able to get into a 56 but haven't seen one yet. They shipped me a size 50 that is being employed on someone much smaller than me.

Just for your viewing pleasure. Prices are for the team only, sorry..

I do not recommend RCG at all, i had a very bad experience with them and a so a lot of other customers (in fact i never received my order)...visit theirs forum to see by yourself . For exemple< they ship the wrong stuff, wrong size, takes a lot of times( their some people who waited more than years before receinving anything) anyway the point of all this, save yourself some pain and dont order there.

I have a few Bekas BDU's in Tiger pattern, various sizes are available, all sets are brand new. Will sell for $75 shipped, will throw in a free Russian patch (Airborne or Spetsnaz GRU). PM me if interested.

So I take it that Redsoldier would be a better place to order a leshij suit and the BDU's? I haven't seen any bad reviews for them at all yet.

I think the only thing that I am looking for in the Russian camo is the Partizan sniper suit. I see RCG has them, but from what I have just read, best to stear clear of them. Anyone know who may carry these things? I imagine these suits are RARE, but ......any help tracking these down would be greatly appreciated.

I don't recommend Russian Combat Gear either. I received a partial order and did not receive the rest of the order (or the refund I asked for) after 9 months.

You resurrected a thread from 2005 to say that?

Ilya_7 January 19th, 2007 00:04

I figured rather than start a new thread, I would add on to an existing one so there would be less threads popping up when you use the search engine. Less wasted space... but I figured I would get yelled at regardless of which way I posted, so whatever.
