Very cool pictures. I have been a fan of the eastern block gear for quite a while now. Are you positive the second picture is KLMK. It looks very much like my berezka(birch) pattern m7.

I really dig the vest you picked up. One of my teammates has one and he says it is great, lightwieght and cool temperature wise. Also cheap. May have to get one.

Both sets are actually berezka pattern :) Berezka is the camo pattern. It can be white on light green (pic of oversuit), yellow on dark green (m7 bdu), even redish on green (KZS suits). KLMK is actually an abbreviation for something like "summer camouflage suit" but I used word KLMK because a lot of people here know that stuff just as KLMK camo.
There, now it's all called properly.

I find it is very very effective here in my neck of the woods. At our big op this summer Operation Glory hole I found it worked extremely well. You would not guess at first look but I think it is one of the best bdu's out there. I will have to post a picture up if I can find a good one.

Now you need some pictures of that gear in the field. Yeah baby....WOOOH...

Not that many people actually know what this stuff is. I get a lot of "wtf is that?" or "wierd camo guy" when I go to the games. I find berezka pattern pretty effective as well. Vest is pretty good too. Holds 10 AK mags and whole bunch of other things. Too bad that it's made for ak74 mags. Vest will hold 10 ak 47 mags but it's not that easy to put them in. I usually just throw empties on the ground during a firefight and than getting them later :)
I'm getting more stuff, hopefully will get it before the new years. RD54 airborne ruck, 6B5 body armor cover and some other small things.

P.S I have some pics from the games, just have to find them first.

Very Very nice kit 666 =),

I like your AK very nice job.

Warthog December 22nd, 2005 12:33

Very nice kit  BTW does the M21 vest fit 8 AK74 mags without a problem?

666 December 22nd, 2005 13:26

I only have 3 ak74 mags. So, I can't really tell how tight it'll be with 8 mags. It does look like vest would fit 8 74 mags no problem, 47 mags are just a bit larger, they still fit, but it's a little tight. That just goes to the front pockets, rear pockets are fine for ak47 mags.
