M4 metal handguards

I am a proud owner of a TM m4a1 rifle. I like the gun asside from Tm's plastic body however thats soon to change. I have seen many people with metal ris handguards and whatnot for their m4's. I was wondering if a company makes the original design stock m4a1 handguard in aluminum? I have my tac light and laser all tucked away so i dont need rails on the handguard, and I like the look of the stock handguard just not the plastic.

Peace!

There's no metal handguards except for a RIS/RAS setup. Even the real steel guns have a plastic fibre type of handguard.

I second that. Looks more like fibre glass then plastic. G&P make decent hanguards as well that are flat finnish. I'm sure if you root around more you'll find plastic handguards that are lined with aluminum if you're going for an authentic look.

Real handguards are plastic as and they are so as the name implies. They protect your hands from the heat of the barrel.
