Two Ehobby Asia's?

Buh? I thought they changed to their own storefront only?

Was the Ebay store always still there?

The ebay store was still there but only had 1 item listed when they opened their own online store. I think over the last couple weeks, the changeover didn't go as smoothly and now it seems most items are back on Ebay as well as their own online store.

My guess is they saw a drop in sales since no one knew what happened to their store. My bet is they will maintain both for a while. The Ebay prices are slightly higher on some items.

I like the ebay version much better

The store front: is kind of hard to find stuff.

I don't like the fact that they don't really have a "front set" section, you need to look in the Ris / Ras area, but when you search, there's more front ends...

The selection is a bit lacking too. They only have like 4 choices of complete gearboxes.

I find the search engine on their new store front not good at all.
It's much easier to search for stuff on their ebay store.

eBay search > all

One of the reasons they make so much damn money. eBay that is, though I'm sure eHobby doesn't do that bad.

I think they probably realized people did not like the new storefront by the amount of lower purchases on it compared to the past ebay logs.

So they opened back the ebay is what I think. I am guessing they are targeting the people too lazy to open a ebay account. Plus they gain a extra 8.5% and up of money since thats how much regular ebay items are charged to seller accounts

The ehobbystore (not the ebay one) is down. WTF? Worked last night, now it's dead.

Right when I was gonna order something...

Wow some of you guy's will complain about anything...I was able to place a rather large parts order in about half the time I could have off of their ebay store and saved about 40 bucks in shipping.

+5 i wish they woulda kept things the way they were on ebay. everything was much easier and i liked being able to deal with them through my ebay page and being able to watch specific items i wanted to purchase and i liked the free shipping on some items.
i tried getting on their site last night but it kept setting off something with the virus blocker on my comp and it wouldnt let me view their site

but now they not only have their site but they still have products on ebay. it probly gets them more customer exposure

evike does it that way. even though they have their site they still have an ebay store. what it does is when somebody is not on their sites and is looking for something on ebay theyll still get results from those sellers. its like extra business opportunies

i gotta get this off my chest

u know i just saw that ebay store and the first gun i clicked was about 85 bucks. the shipping was free. I know that same gun(mp5) would be like 200 bucks in canada. thats a damn shame. the guns are sold all over the place at bargain prices, but we in canada have to pay an arm and a leg. it's a total rip off. I am a newcomer to the sport and I don't want to dish out 200+ dollars to play with a bb gun. these laws are stupid and they are just on a power trip. i am truly pissed.
