the arrival of my dream gun
EDIT: if you havent noticed yet. i love this gun. so with Mr.jon's pics amazing pics of the sig pro 2009 down, iv taken a few of my own to fill in the space. there doesnt seem to be to many detailed pics floting around so i figured why not. this will probably kill the interweb. ill try to discribe as much as i can in this thread so i dont need to re update this post :)
please enjoy my gun porn http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0500.jpg Right side http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0501.jpg Left side http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0504.jpg Right side, Locked back http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0503.jpg Left side, Locked back http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0512.jpg Top, Locked back http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0513.jpg Top http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0517.jpg Bottom, Mag baseplate with SIG logo near Valve http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0523.jpg Detail shot of the Trades on the Left side of the gun http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0524.jpg Trades on the Left side of the grip. its the same on the right side http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0526.jpg 9mm Para caliber markings and frame marking on the right side of the gun http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0518.jpg Serial number plate on the bottom center of the frame infront of the trigger guard http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1.../Img0527-1.jpg back of the gun http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1.../Img0532-1.jpg Mag with 5 and 10 round markings. also unlike other KSC mags iv seen, this one has a blued steel shell around the mag and is not a solid hunk of aluminum http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1.../Img0533-1.jpg Also different on the SP2009 mag is the addition of a striker plate protecting the valve http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1.../Img0535-1.jpg Front of the gun showing the grip areas http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1.../Img0536-1.jpg Hammer, also showing the "fireing pin " http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0537.jpg Of the 3 KSC guns i own, this one have by far the cleanest internals http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0539.jpg Full shot of the Frame internals http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0540.jpg Internals of the Slide, first "flat" recoil spring i've had http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0541.jpg Recoil spring and guide rod http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0543.jpg The hidden "SIG Arms" logo on the left side of the chamber http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0544.jpg Grip removed from the frame (very easy to take off) http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0545.jpg Frame showing the hammer spring, decocking lever and spring http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0546.jpg Rear angle of the same http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0547.jpg Right angle of the same http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...av/Img0548.jpg The whole package |

Ahh, beautiful pistol huh man? you join the very fiew with those in canada :) A great performer, trust me, just ask the guy I got it from, got him 3 shots centre mass from 15 feet, in the dark, at my night game while diving.
Only thing I didnt like about this gun was the stock recoil spring, flimsy slinky type. I made a custom one out of a springer pistol spring, took away the loseness of the gun, crisper faster blowback, just finished it. Congrats man, enjoy! Quote:

do you use propane or duster with yours? i cant wait to rock and roll with this one, but i know what you mean with the recoil spring, i was playing with the 229 and that has a strong crisp spring, this one is a tad sluggish, that being my only con with this gun. i just cant put it down. |
Glad you like it :D
Yea, as far as GBB's that I've held (and it's been ALOT lately) this one just felt right :P |

Propane all the way man. .28 or .30 Bastards is what it feeds on, shoots just so perfect. |
im haveing trouble field stripping it, its supposed to work like a usp, but the slide catch dosent seem to want to slide out easily

definitly among ksc's top 5 gbbs
The feel is perfect, thinner than a single stack 1911 yet sooo solid. I've held one before, the only thing holding me back from buying one is the lack of available parts. Short of buying two, ye be screwed. |
like that? because thats what ive been trying but it doesnt want to budge, and im not going to force it. it didnt require any force for my usp.http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1.../Picture24.jpg
