Consider the HSGI Weesatch, or the Woosatch if you like external pouches. (Wee can hold 12 mags! ).. Very comfy...

Nice SCAR, you might want to pick up an EOTech or an RDS, from the way I see you looking down your your iron sights, it would work perfectly for you.
