Well I suppose from the name it is based upon the .22 "civilian" version of the MP5 which is the GSG-5. I imagine that it would be aesthetically more similar to the GSG rather than the MP5. ie trade...

I dont think you would hit any problems if you were to "transplant" parts from a full metal/black equivalent. I believe that KJW is TM compatible and as such i dont think you would get any problems...

For WWII airsoft guns, it is unlikely to purchase a brand new quality WWII gun...

On the topic of chipped teeth, you might want to invest in a mouth guard of some sort to prevent that kind of thing. Keep in mind that most generic mouth guards protects the top teeth of your set....
