You'll be hard pressed to find anything good anywhere in Canada at all. Best you'll get at a walk in store is G&G. There are no places I know of in Vancouver otherwise if you're willing to take a drive out to Mission (the store is called Warcraft Games).
Best bet to getting a TM gun is to get Age Verified and deal through this site. Your local club is JOC (Joint Operations Calgary) and you can contact an Age rep there who can verify you for both here and JOC.
