No, some of those guns can't go through customs and shouldn't be sold on the open market (public websites, stores) or risk landing you in hot water because while they're 100% legal to own and use, they aren't supposed to get transferred, period. That would even extend to personal sales (classifieds) even though that clearly isn't being enforced right now.

Yes, that's what several people have brought up already, "Canadian Legal" is more of a marketing buzzword which makes the black receivers sound illegal (and while technically you shouldn't buy/sell them, they're perfectly fine if you already own them so they're "Canadian Legal" as well).

Just like orange muzzles are only required for transfer and can be removed after they've been purchased in all but a handful of States.
