It should fit...there threading on the JP nut is very precise, so there's no guarantees unless your receiver threading is as precise.
I've done 3-4 sets. They're great builds, very solid and slick. Aside from maybe a small rail for a vert grip every now and then I prefered to run it plain.
I would loctite (blue/temp) the little screws, since you don't want to over torque them nor have them work loose. You may find that the bipod lug isn't centered when you get it tightened on...just use a shim or two until it's lined up right.
