Your hop up rubber isn't installed properly. It's pinched. It should be a full circle and shouldn't form that "pouty lip" at the bottom. This could be creating problems with holding BBs in place.

A bone stock TM Hi-Capa is capable of cracking it's nozzle if you run it on propane. Nothing needs to be upgraded for it to crack. Having a heavier (metal) slide and an enhanced recoil spring is all it takes to exacerbate the issue.

The rubber thing on the end of the spring is a recoil buffer, rubber, whatever you want to call it. You should have one on there... I've never seen or heard somebody run a GBB without it. If you still have your stock guide rod with you there'll be a rubber washer that looks exactly like the one in my picture. Take it off and put it on your upgraded guide rod and fire off a few shots. See if that does anything.
Incorrect, TM Hi-Capas do not come with a shock buffer. However, most other Marui pistols DO have the shock buffer: M1911A1, MEU, 4.3, 4.3 Dual Stainless, 4.3 Desert Warrior, etc.

I haven't had any issues with Guarder springs, and I run them in the majority of my pistols.
