I personally wouldn't have bought the 3-9x40 scope from dealextreme. Theres a presumably way better one made by NCStar on http://www.riflescope-shop.com/ .

Looks to be better quality, in canada (fast shipping), for about the same price. Possibly cheaper.

Also: REMEMBER. CHINESE NEW YEAR WAS THIS WEEK. CHINA POST OFFICES ARE CLOSED UNTIL SATURDAY-ish. Therefor, expect a delay.
