Take your barrel and hopup assembly out along with your upper gearbox. Put the nozzle into the hopup as far as it can go and blow down the barrel. If you hear air, then it's a leak, if you don't, then the BBs are most liely getting stuck on something before they leave the barrel.
These are the only things I can think of, good luck fixing your gun.

Since you replaced the stock uphop, it really sound like a barrel to uphop leak... check the sleave position...
If not... did you use the spring release after firing full auto... that can screw up thing
