It does not, it has adjustable low voltage detection that gets you alot of power out of the lipo WITHOUT fully draining it, within a safety margin that normally wouldn't allow a single cell to drop under 3.0v. However it does not monitor individual cell voltage.
But IMO you wouldn't need a PCB for older or newer TM MKIII models
