I've used the ARS sticky G ,and Guarder teflon grease, you can also use white lithium grease from CT but it breaks down a little quicker it seems.

I've also used the ARS silicone grease to lube all my o rings and have found more long term reliability, though I will now give my GBB a regular silicone oil O ring bath as i hate going to an unused GBB only to find leaks all over.

Once a ring has dried you can revive and use it but they seem to need more maintenence and predictable future failure, particularly in the gas chamber seal
that's why adding a little silicone oil every so often to you propane fills is a wise idea
