ya I think mine was originally for biker's too, got it in like 2001 or something

I don't think it'd look nearly as good on a balaclava, because if you notice the skullaclava the design is on the bottom only, you pull the balaclava up under your goggles, that way this design replaces your face, you see absolutly no skin, not even the bridge of you nose (where most newbs fuck up), it's the skull as your face and then a pair of black tinted goggles as your eye's.

now this is where the problem lies with this design. It has a forehead, and eyes, if you painted it on a balaclava the eyes obviously would go whee your's are, on the holes of the mask. the human element of your own eye's showing would indeed ruin the demon aura of the design as it no longer replaces your face, your not the walking dead like the skullaclava anymore, your a guy wearing a balaclava with a white design on it. your human identity stays, not the one you want to create with this demon spartan design.

you could put goggles on it (since it's airsoft you have to). but the strap running overtop blocking some of the design would thus ruin the identity of the mask, the only reason your wearing this design is to have that identity nothing else, or else you'd wear a plain black one. trust me, I'm VERY artsy.

when making this get low profile glasses style full seal goggles like ESS Advancer V12's and wear them UNDER the balaclava,

but the problem is the balaclava will trap heat and not allow it to vent from the goggles making them fog. your gonna have to figure that out.

to sum it up, it's not really a good design to build on for a balaclava, you'd actually have to find a helm like the one he's wearing, (riot helmet? or fighter jet one?) but if you do set forth please follow my advice to make it half decent
