Where do the packages go then?
Are they "rejected" and sent back to the US shipper or are they held at the border, etc?

edit: I just put the tracking info from USPS into Canada Post tracking and got this:

2011/06/22 08:53 CANADA Labour disruption affecting this location; item delayed
2011/06/19 02:26 International item has left the origin country and is en route to Canada
00:55 International item processed in origin country
2011/06/17 17:35 International item mailed in origin country
