i think its wayyyy better to get a high quality tightbore and use BBs that are smaller, but are also high quality and consistent. IE) promy TBB and BBbastards
most BBs may say they have +-.01 mm difference but its actually closer to .03 or .05 in some cases. so with BBs that can be off by that much you are going to get a lot of variation in shots.
But i personally have no experience with guarder BBs so im not sure on the consistency of them
