I'm doing roughly the same upgrade, got the bushings, shims, new inner barrel, polycarb piston, nozzle and PDI 150% for it.

However, the PDI 150 won't be compressed by the weakass motor in the V1 mechbox, as you can surmise (we've already proved this here).

In that posted link, xo said that he "compressed the spring by about 1 cm" and claimed success. Might someone clarify that, please?

Or should I just go with a not so powerful spring? We were looking for about 380fps on the high end with this mod, but I'd be happy for 330-350fps. It's what I think I should do, but of course, I'd like a second opinion on it.
