It's an M4 variant. Google for disassembly/hop-up replacement videos for G&P M4's. Run wildcard searches until you find something that fits your needs.
Or you can just dive right in and start an orderly disassembly. Just keep track of parts, orientation, where things go, etc.
But I'd start with looking for a video.
