That's really cool...great idea.
I, like probably A LOT of others, pull up a shemagh when contact is likely. Some guys layer it on nice and neat...others just bite on it to keep it in place.
A wadded up shemagh is enough to stop shots and reduce the teeth busting but another layer of something is a great idea. Since it's pretty good on it's own, I wonder if a piece/folder layer of plastic/fiber screen be sufficient and better for airflow (I've always found that they block airflow anyways)?
