Looking for some input on radios, hoping to get a setup ready for next season.

From what I've gleaned off the forums the Puxing PX888 has been a reccomended option. Can anyone tell me the difference between the KG and D models?

And from what I understand a radio rig requires a transceiver, a headset cable, and a headset. Am I missing anything?

For a headset Im looking at a rig along these lines:

Can anyone point me in the direction of a similar headset?
