it's not rocket science.. things that affect all your listed points are all well documented, it seems like a rather extraneous thing to do. All you really need to do if you want to improve one or any or all of those things is to do a search 'how to increase rof' or 'how to get more accuracy' there's trusted sites out there with people getting good observed results, and there's people getting what they think are results... all part of the research, and in that process you educate yourself on how and why at the same time, which is far more important than being fed a parts list.
