I can recommend the puxing 777 or 888, wouxun uvd1p, or a linton 6800+.
having something thats dual band is one of the best options i can recomend, it allows you to monitor more than one channel at a time, great for large games with multiple channels per team, or small ones to monitor your team channel and the admin channel.
