I've seen many people with goggles, fan or not, still have issues with their glasses fogging.
Make sure you apply anti-fog to BOTH sides of your glasses AND the inside of your goggles.
Dish soap is cheap and works very well, rub the liquid on, let it dry, then wipe it off.
