I can see the 2 roll-pins right under the barrel (theses two holt the barrel front-back usually in airsoft).
Same deal with the sling point, you have to remove it as there is usually a set screw hidden under.
You should be able to install just about any RAS that replaces the plastic guards. As for other option, if it comes with it's specific barrel nut, such as Danield Defence's, Noveske, JPRifles, URX etc (almost all free-float use their own setup).
You really should take the plastic handguards off and unscrew the barrel nut. Most "cheap" AEG use a 2-3 pieces barrel. If so, you don't even need to remove the front sight if you use a 7" or 10" with open-top rail kit.
