you'd spend more time picking out the rice afterwards lol.
Split the recievers and put them on dry towels lengthwise down the path of a fan... circulate air... dry it out....
swab the barrel first with the unjamming stick and paper towel though... I use those funky blue shoptowels, they're reasonably lint free and super absorbent.

I futz with V2s, V3s and V6s. I could be wrong... but probably, most likely not, as far as I know.
