i know were all about the realism and what not, however I dont think the "dead man tell no tales" applies when grabbing someones personal gear. Unless you really know that person maybe, however you should still ask as it is theirs. I know i wouldn't just give my PTW out especially to people prone to braking guns or having fits with them for example. Just my 2 cents.
