My biggest pet peeve with retailers such as AirsoftDepot and TorontoAirsoft is that around 50% of the product visible on the website is never in stock. I've been looking to get goggles and a mesh mask for about 4-5 months now, yet both websites have everything out of stock (and a re-stock seems like a godly miracle).
Same goes for guns, accessories, mags, etc. Similar thing is still happening to a friend of mine: around April , he inquired about a restock for a G36CV by Umarex. Response was quick, saying it should be restocked around June. Another inquiry later (around middle of June), states that it would take about 2-4 weeks to restock. I understand it might be hard to re-stock, but so far, still nothing..... Money is all here, take it, we just want the product...
Customer services is quite good (don't know about shipping, I always purchase in-store), and overall experience is quite good, however, the stock issue is really maddening, at least to me.
