Yes i should add. R hop is Beter (i wouldn't say by a whole bunch in a equally well tuned gun with a flat or bridge hop)
But again as pesto said, in a support gun, you'll likely run .20 or .25 , especially based on a 350fps build. It wouldn't be overkill really but it isn't all that practical and won't really show any benefits over a flat or bridge hop u till you start throwing heavy bb's (and potentially a heavier spring) at it. Then at that point you may as well semi lock it throw in a full cylinder, run .36's and call it a dmr. For the 350fps support gun role some .25's a soft rubber in either bridge or flat will give you a good range increase and decent consistency as far as airseal, feeding and groupings and an easy drop in installation (i belive one of the things you are also looking for)
