Has anyone here had any dealings with them? If so what was your experience?

I placed an order with them a month ago, paid through PayPal and have yet to hear from them. None of my corespondace has been replied to. The long and short of it is, I gave them my money; but I have yet to get my items.

Is this the norm or is something else happening.
