Isn't it under Helmet Parts? They have listings there for 2 and 3 point chin straps etc...and the hardware to go with it.
Funny you mentioned the site being under construction. I mentioned that in an email I sent when I ordered some velcro and patches. They were pretty blunt in the fact that they were not under construction, but rather "adding" new things all the time lol.
