I use this product exclusively in all of my standard AEGs, if that's any indication of whether they're any good or not...
The nub IS the bucking. And then there's the rubber sleeve. The nub/bucking normally looks like a 2.5mm piece of wire insulation that pushes down on the hop up rubber sleeve.
The Big-Out H-Hop replaces this bucking.
