heres a question (not to steal your thread 77) i sold an item to an individual well over a year ago. he was to pay it off in payments, which he did so for the first bit, but then started saying he couldnt afford to pay me, i asked him several times to return the item and i would refund him, which he's refused. so now a year later he still owes me $150. what kind of recourse have i got avail to me?
