After EBB fixes my order *and they BETTER fix it (see other EBB thread) I'm done ordering with them.
This was my first order and I thought "I'll give them a try". But they've screwed up so many things (tracking numbers that don't work, poor communication, missing items) I wouldn't consider giving them money again.
