its fine, i have a piece of glass stuck in my hand for 7 years now from an accident, they told me we CAN cut it out but its not worth it as it will work itself out over time, its not hurting anything in there.
but dont be an f-ing retard and cut it out yourself, we have free health care here, there is no need to be stupid like that.
