Hey guys, does anyone know what is the name of this plate carrier and where could I get one ?

Well, I would greatly aprecciate if at least somebody knows anything that look reasonably similar to it..

The the blanket camo pattern is used by PNP-SAF or Philippine National Police Special Action Force. The vest maybe made in the Philippines. KRUKSPEC perhaps?

Well it is actually Colombian. I should have stated that in the original post :P
Anyway I posting this thread because I think that there is the possibility that the plate carrier is from an american design.

Looks similar to a Paraclete RAV to me.
