Kraken RPK Project

I'm thinking about converting my Aftermath Kraken (black) externally into an RPK. my question is: what kind of parts and such would I need, and what would it cost? I know I need a longer external barrel, a drum mag, a shorter forestock and a new stock, but what else?

Unfortunately, I'm not AV'd and don't see getting AV'd in the near future, so no.
