Ehobby shipped to wrong shipping address
My experience with ehobby asia is horrible, not only have they shiped my order to a wrong address (even though I emailed them three times and sent them a PM here on the forum)they still shipped to an address I have not live at for four years. I also have not heard back from them regarding this. this is the last order I will make from them

Have you changed your address in your paypal account? Because if you didnt then im afraid its your fault, not ehobby's.....

its my fault that ehobby did not ship to the address I gave them to ship to?just really confused as to how me providing them with a shiping address, sending them multipull messages asking to change the shiping address, including sending them a pm via asc forum= it being my fault. I have made many perchases through paypal over the last 4 years and never had something like this happen. When I provide a shiping address and ask that something be shiped there and its not that is bad customer service.

Ordered from them many times, no problems. I guess some orders are "lemons."

But did you change your old address from your paypal account? Because most HK retailers are instructed to ship to the paypal registered address only, and not the adress you give them....

I have made many orders from ehobby, all of them have been painless and quick.
I believe they are obligated to ship to your registered paypal address to prevent scammers and stolen paypal accounts. It only takes a few minutes to change your address on the paypal site.

then why would they ship to an address that is not even listed on my paypal account as my home address? why did they ship to the address that does not match my billing address and the address I gave them to ship? and yes my current address is the one showing on my pay pal account

Are you sure? I would double check that.
Also, did you change your shipping address to your new address after the order was placed?

ehobby goes off of the address you provide them, not your paypal address, to them your paypal is just a way of paying them. Your best bet to change it on their website.

I really love the assumption that the shipper is right
1)one of the first things i do after moving is change my address on paypal, the only reason the other address was on there is it was associated with a credit card I no longer have. but was not listed as my home address 2) both the billing and shiping address on there site are my current address, but the package is being shiped to a previous address. 3) it is now 5days since I noticed the wrong address and 8 email and two attempted phone calls with no reply from the mat all. this does not sound like good customer service

I know how you feel, but for me it's Redwolf. I've emailed Redwolf at least 5 times, 1-2 phone calls without a single reponse. I had sent the original email a month ago.
I did get my item, but I had paid an extra $50+ on express shipping (3 day) Only to receive it 2 and a half weeks later...

lol...it is not that the "shipper is right"...it is that if you pay by PayPal...then they ship to the address associated to the PayPal account. Works both ways....if there is a dispute then you can make a claim against Paypal and the shipper based on the address associated with the account. I have had to use this a couple of times and I am glad that I had accurate info associated with my account..........
