Can i get a decent metal Mp5 with 400 dollars?

At this moment, i really just want to buy some decent gun and get into the game. However, after reading some replies to my G&G thread, im not too sure if i want to purchase a G&G mp5. If i do get verified, will i be able to purchase a decent (better than G&G in terms of durability, precision etc), for approximately $400?

Or is the G&G good enough for casual playing? (friends and i are thinking about going to laser trek arena in calgary)

not really. unless you live in teh states, then you cant buy much with 400 here. perhaps some JG or Dboys full metal gun. but i wouldn't trust the internals personally. buy a G&G and upgrade it over time.

When people say the internals are not reliable, what do they mean?

Can you please stop making separate threads for each thought that comes through your mind?

Full metal most likely not but you might be able to get a decent plastic bodied MP5 for around that. Not a TM or anything but a good JG. Just get verified already and see for yourself what the market is like. You live in (or near Calgary) we have plenty of Age Verifiers here, and also check out JOC for more of the local scene and their own BUY&SELL, but you also have to be AV'ed for that as well, usually one verifier can do both for ya.

The inner workings of an AEG. The mechbox. Gears, pistons, shimming, greasing, tappet plate, etc...

you can get a jg full metal mp5 with that... i got one for half this price but it was all in pieces in a box lol... the internals are quite good actually, the sector gear even comes with a sector clip from the factory... and this gun is FULL metal even the lower is metal!!! no wait! the cocking tube is plastic... but you can always replace it with a ca metal tube i you really want...

so imo the jg stuff is what you'll be looking at if you are ready to dish out a little more cash you could get a classic army mp5... they are very nice and have an neat receiver desing, so you can only remove the mechbox without having to crack the upper in two halfs

oh and btw you need to be age verified (18+) to buy all this goodness!

I would really suggest not worrying about a metal body for now and just go for a gun with reliable guts. A metal body could always be purchased off the classifieds later. And as for TM it depends on which model. Some have a bit more metal than others but none are full metal right out of the box.
