You paid.... So you agreed to their term& condition..... And they did nothing wrong.... So Paypal will not give you a refund....
For that, you'll have to talk to the owner of Shootsoft.... Maybe he'll give your money back......

You can try contacting them to cancel your order.
Since you paid with paypal if there are any issues you can always file a dispute against them if required.

Please calm down. This in an internet forum, responses are not always immediate. If you are having doubts about your order than you should have attempted to perform some research prior to ordering.

Or perhaps any contact emails that would have been sent to your inbox in regards to your order may contain another contact email that you can also use.

shootSOFT is more than a live, on the last year we have ship more than 2000 AEG around the Canada, we do have more than 3000 members and you can see our store is still growing! Soon it will be a walking store, and more it will be an indoor game site!

shootSOFT is the store with the most choice for AEG and GBB in Canada!

I just bought a gun from buyairsoft.ca so was that a bad choice? I have the tracking number and it is recorded and been shipped with Canada Post..

There have been mixed experiences with them. Many have said that they've had bad experiences. Personally I've only dealt with them once and I had a good experience. Mind you, this was before they were taken over by CAS (Canadian Airgun Supply). I haven't had any experience with them since they were taken over. Even though their website looks a lot better.

Yeah but what is bad about them though? Specifics? Are they just fraud do they ship out cap guns instead? I got my order and all and the tracking number and Canada post has the parcel so we'll see..
