No - you have to cut the foam inserts yourself.
I actually was going to cut mine, but decided to leave it un-cut because I am constantly getting different items and changing my weapons configuration.

figured i might as well whore these photo's here too!
just a couple light dustings of krylon and some paint removal to give it that dirty look. I'm pretty proud of this paintjob, it was scary as hell putting paint on my brand new $1900 toy!
