that normally you would have to purchase separately with the original Magpul PTS Masada

The Masada AKM Rifle is a Airsoft adaptation of the "Real Steel" version of the Masada Adaptive Combat Rifle (ACR) design. A excellent duplicate of all superb features. The rifle is easily configured of barrel length, magazine capacity, and stock type

- CNC Machined Upper Receiver with serial numbers with flat top picatinny rail system

The fact that it is proprietary should be obvious the enter gun is based and designed to perform with M4 mags namely magpul PMags with feeder tips near the front. from what I understand AK mags don't have the same design for feeder tips.

hmm it must be tested to see if standard ak 47 style mags will work.
they have feed lips in front just like the Beta project AK PMAG used in this release of this masada.

im hopeful that some mags may work. just like any other AEG .. not all mags fit/work in various magwells.

there was a picture comparison of where the feedlips are on both regular and masada akm mags and they're off

kinda defeat the purpose of "adaptive" if an "AK" doesnt take AK mags wouldnt it...?

it looks hella cool tho , i handled a standard ACR the other day and i liked its feel and finish. if i wanted a modern style gun, i definitely would consider this ACR AK. mag would be an issue but nothing is perfect.
