The CAR-15 really does look like a toy. That's part of the appeal, I guess. That, and the idea of putting a scope on it is absolutely ridiculous.

So tempted to order one of those AceArms slides and maybe their trigger... I want a black one on my tan M&P frame just for the sights lol.
How was the fit? Have you gotten any scratches on the barrel finish by the 9mm engraving? |

Slide was about ~$150. It just drops straight in. Lubed it a bit and it seems to cycle fine. I haven't put any use on it yet though. I'm sure the barrel finish will scratch though, it usually does.

Good to know, might pick one up if I pass on VFC's full size M&P. Wish they made a CORE slide for the WE though, that'd be sweet.

My Tm G18c. That as about everything upgraded internal and external.
Some custom "Octopus" stipling on the grip + thumb rest modified for the 18c selector switch and some modif to the trigger guard for added ergonomics. Enjoy ! ;-)

Just built 2 for a friend, the 4.3 needs an outer so I threw a 5.1 outer on it for now.
 Here's the 4.3 again but with a 3.8 grip, surprisingly ergonomic with the flared magwell

 Courtesy of ARC-74, my new Beretta M92FS (TM/Guarder components) Currently prodding about for some wooden M92 grips to finish it up. Damn peice of lint got on the grips on the photo, Didn't notice it until it were too late. |
